1) Go to Site > Reports (or click Site Reports tab in common tab group (where Search, Validate, etc. are)
2) Click green arrow in left hand top corner
3) Check "Accessibility" under HTML Reports
4) Click Report Settings...
5) Open "ALL" (click the +)
6) Disable any warnings that are not applicable. I suggest the following, as they show up every time as a reminder and do not actually check for accessibility of the given page:
- anything to do with GIFs or blinking (there are several). As long as you don't have any animated gifs or other moving components, this will be fine.
- reminders about colour and contrast (essential, visible)
- "Style sheets should not be necessary"
- "Skip repetitive links"
- warnings about language (clear, natural)
- "Use markup rather than images"
- "Document should be valid with respect to published grammars"
- "Use style sheets"
- reminders about header elements
- "Use last appropriate W3C technologies"
- "Divide information into appropriate manageable groups"
- "USe navigation mechanisms appropriately"
7) Click Save Settings then OK
8) Check off all boxes under HTML Reports
9) Click Run
10) A report is generated and lists failures and warnings for the page. Use the Reference tab to get more information about individual warnings.
